Information We Collect
The app is intended for authorized Everbex Workspace users. Depending on your assigned work and the actions you take, the app may process:
- Account and login information, including user ID, authentication status, engineer profile details, and access permissions.
- Work records such as assigned schedules, service reports, service activities, approval actions, part requests, customer names, asset details, and related notes.
- Photos selected from the device or captured with the camera when you upload service report or activity photos.
- QR code or barcode scan values used to look up asset tags.
- Basic technical information needed to connect securely to the Everbex Workspace service.
Permissions Used
The app may request camera access to scan asset tags and capture service photos. It may request image or storage access when you choose an existing photo for upload. The app does not use these permissions unless you open the related scan or photo upload features.
How We Use Information
Information is used to authenticate users, display assigned work, create and update service records, upload supporting photos, process approvals, manage part requests, and provide asset information to authorized users.
Data Storage and Security
The app stores an authentication token and limited engineer profile information on the device to keep users signed in. Service records and uploaded photos are sent to the Everbex Workspace server over HTTPS. Access to app data is controlled by user permissions in Everbex Workspace.
Sharing of Information
Information entered or uploaded in the app is used within Everbex Workspace for business operations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized personnel, customers, service providers, or authorities when required for service delivery, support, compliance, or legal obligations.
Data Retention
Work records, audit records, and uploaded files are retained according to the organization's operational and legal requirements. Users may contact the organization to request assistance with access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
